Data deletion

Segeo publishes to your Instagram account on your behalf. When you connect an account we store the access token, the account's username and id, and the posts we created for you. We do not store your Instagram password, your followers, or anyone's direct messages.

Deleting your data

Disconnect Instagram in Settings and we delete the connection and its tokens immediately. You can also remove Segeo from Instagram → Apps and websites, which revokes our access at Instagram's end and triggers the same deletion here.

To have everything removed, including your account and published history, email info@sfdify.com and we will action it and confirm.
