Privacy Policy

Effective for early-access customers. Segeo is operated by SFDIFY LLC.

What we collect

• Account data: email, and a password (hashed, never stored in plain text) if you sign up that way — or your Google account email if you use Google sign-in.
• Business profile: business name, address, website, city, industry, services, and keywords you choose.
• Website credentials needed to publish (e.g. a WordPress application password) — provided by you or, when we connect your site for you, generated during setup — stored encrypted and used only to publish and manage posts.
• Billing data, handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Generated posts and publishing logs, so you can audit what we did.
• Public information about your business (from your own website and, where configured, Google Business reviews) used to make posts more accurate.

How we use it

To operate the service: generating posts relevant to your business, publishing them to your site, emailing you about publishes, and billing. We do not sell your data.

Processors we rely on

Neon (database), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (content generation), Google (sign-in, and Places API for review research where configured), Pexels (images), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting).

Your choices

You can edit or delete posts, or cancel your account at any time. To request deletion of your account data, email info@sfdify.com — we'll delete it except where we're required to keep billing records by law.
