Terms of Service

Effective for early-access customers. We're a small team refining these terms as Segeo grows — email us anytime with questions.

Who you're contracting with

Segeo is operated by SFDIFY LLC ("Segeo," "we," "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

The service

Segeo generates and publishes blog content to your website or to a blog we host for you, on a recurring subscription. You provide accurate business information, and choose whether posts publish automatically or after your review. Where we connect your website on your behalf (e.g. a WordPress application password), you authorize us to publish to that site as part of the service.

Your content and your responsibility

Posts are generated automatically and published under your brand. You are responsible for the content published to your website, including its accuracy and its compliance with laws and regulations that apply to your business. You can review, edit, or remove any post at any time, and you can enable review-before-publish mode so nothing goes live without your approval. If your industry is regulated (health, finance, legal, and similar), you must use review mode.

Billing, refunds, and cancellation

  • One plan, billed in the period you choose: $149/month monthly, $357 every three months ($119/month), or $1,068 a year ($89/month). Payment is taken when you subscribe.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee. If Segeo isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. The guarantee applies once, to your first payment on a new subscription; later renewals are not refundable except where required by law.
  • Promotional discounts apply for the period stated with the offer (currently 50% off for the first 12 months). When that period ends the subscription renews at the regular rate for your billing period, and we'll email you before the first full-price renewal.
  • Cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future posts and future charges at the end of the current billing period.
  • There is no free tier. Reactivating after a cancellation starts a new subscription at the then-current price, billed immediately.
  • Posts already published to your own website remain yours regardless of subscription status.
  • Customers who subscribed under earlier terms keep the price and any trial they signed up on for as long as that subscription stays active. We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Acceptable use

  • Provide truthful information about your business and services.
  • Only connect websites you own or are authorized to publish to.
  • Do not use the service to generate deceptive, unlawful, or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay amounts due.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. Generated content may require your review; that is what the editing tools and review mode are for. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll notify active customers by email of material changes before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and SFDIFY LLC agree that any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
