How Segeo works
Segeo researches, writes, illustrates and publishes one post to your own website every day, then turns it into social posts. You approve it or let it run.
Each day the pipeline researches your business and your local market against what people are actually searching now, writes a post around the keywords you picked, generates or sources an image, and publishes it to your site through whichever connection you set up. Nothing sits in a queue waiting for you.
Approval mode vs auto
New accounts start in approval mode: the post is written and waits in Blogs for you to read it, edit it, and publish. Switch to auto in Settings → Blog & Social Post and each day's post goes live on its own. Social has its own separate setting, so you can automate the blog while still approving what goes out on Instagram.
When your post goes out
Publishing is scheduled in your own timezone, set on your business profile — a day means a day where you are, not in UTC. If a day's run ever fails, an hourly backstop retries it rather than letting the day go empty.
Need one more post today
Blogs and Social both have a button to generate an extra post on demand. Extra posts are marked out-of-plan so they never consume the scheduled daily post, and they are capped at one per day so a stuck button can't flood your site.
